Finding Materials in Archives & Special Collections

Depending on what you’re looking for, there are a few places to search for materials in Archives and Special Collections:

Archival Catalogue Search or browse our finding aids to see information on our archival holdings, most of which can be accessed only in person in the Kirkconnell Room. Reach out to us with your research topic if you need help finding materials.
Atlantic Baptist Archives Catalogue Search or browse CBAC church records held by the Atlantic Baptist Archives. None of these records are available digitally.
Digitized Collections Search or browse our digitized collections, which represent a small selection of materials in Archives & Special Collections.
Special Collections Search or browse Special Collections. Search all Special Collections using the search bar, or select a single collection to search.
Library Catalogue Special Collections materials will come up in searches of the Acadia Library catalogue. To identify materials in Special Collections, after you search, scroll down to the “Location” menu on the left sidebar. Check the boxes with the names of the Special Collections you are interested in searching and click “Apply Filters”.
