Fees are charged for reproduction, research, publication, and shipping.
Requests for reproduction of archival and special collections materials of 100 pages or less will be done by staff and made available within three business days of receipt. The fees for reproduction are,

Requests for reproduction of archival material of more than 100 pages may be outsourced.
Requests for reproduction of photographic prints, videos, and audios will be outsourced and subject to the fee charged by the service provider.
Additional fees for shipping will be charged if applicable.
Additional fees for publication will be charged if applicable.
No charge for clients accessing materials in the Kirkconnell Room.
Staff will perform in-depth research for clients upon request. In this instance,
- research and response will be done within two weeks of receiving the request.
- rush requests – five days or less as requested by the client – will be accommodated as determined by operational requirements.
- requests requiring less than 30 minutes of research are free.
- after the first 30 minutes of research, requests are subject to a $10.00 per hour fee. Additional fees for reproduction will be charged.
Copyright Research Fees
Copyright searches are subject to a $15.00 fee. Additional fees for reproduction will be charged if applicable.
Research and response will be done within three weeks of receiving the request.
Rush requests – five days or less as requested by the client – are subject to a $25.00 fee and will be accommodated as determined by operation requirements. Additional fees for reproduction will be charged if applicable.
Digital copies to be published will be subject to a $2.00 fee per image. Additional Copyright search, reproduction, and postage/handing fees will apply.

Exceptions for Fees Charged
No charges to Acadia University administration, academic offices, staff, and faculty requiring research, reproduction, and use while undertaking administrative business on behalf of the University.
No charge for usage fees for educational use by members of Acadia University.
Convention of Atlantic Baptist Churches (CABC)
No charges to Denominational Staff and Agencies of the CABC for Baptist-related research, reproduction, publication, and use.
No charges to member Churches of the CABC for research, reproduction, publication, and use when members are making a request relating to their own records on deposit.
Regular charges apply when member Churches of the CABC are requesting research, reproduction, publication, and use for records other than their own.
